I need good video tutorials to help me learn flash and photoshop?


I am a noob at flash and photoshop and I need to get good. I know this takes along time but I need video tutorials I don't care how much they cost but I need them. I want to become at least an intermediate in flash and photoshop. Please give me the cheapest (better yet free) video tutorials you know about.
