Guys.. The concept stays the same - edit photos, but there are SO many feature enhancement, productivity time savers and some tools, in CS3, that I can no longer live without... namely the quick select tool... and image ready is integrated into CS3 now, so you don't have to switch back and forth! Yes CS2 does have some more "bells & whistles" but the same techniques can be achieved using ps7. If you are just going to be using it for home use primary I would save yourself a couple bucks and go with ps7. And there are a endless supply of tutorials online that can help you get your final results you are wanting using ps7.
