		<description>Use the selection tool like the lasso or magic wand and begin the long process of selecting that person.  Once you do that then go to edit and copy (or cut) (also make sure you are on the same layer as the person is on.  Open a new document and paste that person in.  Then in the layers window their should be a layer called layer 1 and another layer called background.  Click the eye on the background layer to make it invisible File save.  I believe you have to save it as a PNG or PSD in order to preserve the transparent background layer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
