My advice to Sandy …
My advice to Sandy is to find someone who understands the basics of good photography to make the Facebook photo. Photoshop can do amazing things but having a decent photograph to begin with would greatly help. In fact, a good photographer could make a very flattering portrait photograph which may not even need any photoshoping at all.
